Pastor Ebenezer Samavedam is our Senior Pastor of The Zion Gospel Churches. He oversees four branch churches directly and is involved extensively in Christian community not only in the capital city of Hyderabad, but throughout the twin states of Andhra and Telangana in southern India.
He received his calling into ministry in the year 2010 when he and his wife were working in high income positions with MLCs. Both resigned and rushed to be in the ministry under his father Pastor Elisha Samavedam. In 2019, after the demise of Pastor Elisha, Pastor Ebenezer stepped into the Senior Pastor role along with his wife and three children. Two beautiful girls and a young boy.

Pastor Samavedam received Christ as his personal saviour at a very young age and has ever since been working in different capacities in the church ministry. His testimony is not only heart touching but also life changing where he heard the audible voice of God calling his name to be saved. He and his wife Sucharita Samavedam started working amongst the youth starting with 5 members. This youth group now grew to over two hundred youth sold out to God things.

The new church building is a testimony by itself. It was built in the middle of the pandemic with ZERO debt. The structure accommodates over 1500 congregation and is fitted with state of art interiors, lighting and sound. However, the vision of the leadership to follow the Great commission in Matthew 28:19. To go into the world and make disciples of all nations.

The church has been multiplying swiftly since its new sanctuary has been built. Congregation grew to over a thousand members. Hundreds of souls are added to kingdom of God each year. We are eagerly waiting and relentlessly working to see the harvest in bounty.
